Assistant Manager-Spare Parts

Phnom Penh, Cambodia | Vientiane, Laos,

JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Manage Sales team, set target & KPI, and lead sales activities to achieve sales target,
  • Prepare sales plan, action plan and review PDCA with subordinates to identify specific targets with instruction,
  • Develop marketing strategy for Honda Genuine Parts & Engine Oil in nationwide,
  • Keep improvement for dealer performance (KPI),
  • Create initiative idea for advertisement, promotion and campaign,
  • Provide training or coaching on sales to Sales Team and update SOP of each operation,
  • Lead spare parts team to follow stock policy to ensure effective control and avoiding long aging stock and manages report,
  • Keep update on competitor movement and market information,
  • Corporate with other departments for a smooth operation,
  • Update and monitor Sales performance/activities report from subordinators,
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:  


  • Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields,
  • Minimum 6 years experiences in Sales and Marketing (automotive industry is preferred),
  • Knowledge of Computer Literacy in Ms. Word and Excel,
  • Good in English for communication,
  • Good in communication, management and interpersonal skills,
  • Have Cambodia Driving License.
