JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Dealer purchase ordering, back orders (B/O), and parts claims.
• Reviewing and monitoring dealer stock levels to ensure availability.
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints by investigating issues, proposing solutions, preparing reports, and providing recommendations to management.
• Support in the arrangement of OJT for dealer staff as needed.
• Monitor and recommend dealer activities to boost parts sales, including pricing strategies, product display awareness, and merchandising techniques.
• Strengthen dealer stock availability, ensuring sufficient supply of PM and Fi parts.
• Conduct regular dealer visits and track improvement progress.
• Collect and consolidate dealer reports to prepare weekly and monthly summaries.
• Gather data on market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs.
• Contribute ideas and collaborate with the team to address market challenges.
• Work closely with the marketing team on branding, advertising, and promotional activities.

   JOB REQUIREMENTS:  

• Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• Vocational training or a degree in motorcycles or automobiles is an advantage.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet usage, and email communication.
• Being able to use English for writing and speaking communication.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open-minded and willing to learn new tasks and take on additional assignments.
• Ability to travel to provinces when required.
