JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Monitor system performance and ensure security.
Manage network infrastructure and connectivity.
Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions.
Collaborate with other IT professionals to improve system efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in IT systems and network management.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with various operating systems and software applications.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
