Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Set up sales strategies, sales target, sales activities, sales KPI, promotion scheme as much as products avail abilities and discuss with marketing section then to get approval from GM and implement timely to get sales as plan
  • Create business relationships with retails, corporate, and fleet customers by regular
  • visit/meeting/communication incorporation from Sales Consultant.
  • Lead sales team to do actual sale/promotion activities both indoor and outdoor daily, weekly and monthly for implement plan to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales target.
  • Lead sales team for conduction daily, weekly, monthly meeting to review the result
  • Conduct analysis of market / promotion of competitors, market conditions and campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports such daily, weekly, monthly sales report to General Manager / principle through deadline.
  • Responsible for set up yearly business activities plan, budget plan and implementation with monthly, quarterly PDCA. Plan, set up and enroll consignment sales/sales network development project.
  • To work closely with Marketing department to ensuring all plan are done as schedule
  • Create new sales campaign and seek support from Marketing for push out the activities
  • Well communication with admin section to ensure vehicle stocks are aligned with booking and delivery of own unit.
  • Corporate with Service Manager to provide best service solution to customer both new car sales and after sales caring service with high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely and well-professional communication with TISC, TIS for implement business transaction/scheme well, timely, profitability to the KC.
  • Monthly product knowledge improvement by providing refreshment training, training, rehearsal, role play acting, on product, feature, loan, releasing, know-how,.. Provides staff with training, such as sales training, selling skill & technique, extensive product knowledge, sales operation manual.
  • Other KPIs/Business jobs/reports as assign by GM.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:  


  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields,
  • Minimum 3-4 years experiences in Sales and Marketing along with at least 1-2 years supervisory level,
  • Good command of English language in 4 aspects,
  • Able to use Computer (Ms. Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email)
  • Strong management and leadership skill,
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skill,
  • Be able to delegate work to the staffs
  • Be comfortable dealing with both people and data/numbers,.
  • Must have driving license, and able to drivel well.
