Senior Marketing Staff

Phnom Penh, Cambodia | Vientiane, Laos,

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for creating a strategic plan for the new model of communication
  • Initiate creative concept direction for new and existing power products
  • Create a communication strategic plan (ATL&BTL communication)
  • Budget proposal and consolidate data related to marketing campaigns and market feedback
  • Fully execute all marketing strategies, monitoring all working processes and ensure the plan is achieved
  • Handle all preparation processes with agencies (Overseas/Local)
  • Market survey on site to ensure accurate information collection for the strategy development
  • Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing, including digital platforms databases, strategies/campaigns and ads optimisation

  JOB REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Management, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Marketing field or related experience
  • Experience with advertisement/media agency firms will be more advantageous
  • Ability to support various projects to meet the required deadline
  • Willing to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in spoken and written English/Khmer
  • Knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Collaborative, team player. Effective in engaging and influencing marketing members to achieve the target.
